He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscar Brixey and Mabrey Cody Brixey; his son Jay Brixey; and his siblings, Clinton Brixey and Virginia Curtis.
He is survived by: his wife Rita Brixey; his children, Lynn Brixey and Jacki Middlesworth (Randy); his daughter-in-law Kelli Brixey; his brother Phillip Brixey; his grandchildren, Phylicia Motley, Brooklyn Spickard (James), Seth Brixey, Dylan Brixey, Shane Middlesworth and Alexis Middlesworth; and his great grandchildren, Carter, Hayden and Jaxson.
A memorial service was held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cornwell Funeral Chapel (207 Quay St, Dardanelle, AR 72834).
