He was predeceased by: his parents, Vester Raney and Nettie Raney (Hubbard). He is survived by: his wife Jean Raney (Olson); his children, Steve Raney (Kristin) of Rose Creek, AR and Christie Proctor (Dale) of Hector, AR; his stepchildren, Michael Olson of Las Vegas, NV and Monique Deal (Bobby) of Dardanelle, AR; his sisters, Sheila Neal (AB Hundley) and Kim Neal; his grandchildren, Lauren Raney, Heather Proctor, Logan Raney, Brayden Proctor and Lindley Raney; and his great grandchildren, Aiden Raney and Jackson Keeling. He is also survived by family members and friends.
