She was predeceased by: her parents, Usty Hance and Ethel Hance; her husband Leslie Scruggs; her siblings, Hazel Robinson, Betty Tanner, Wilma Via, George Hance and W. C. Hance (Bud); her granddaughter Sherri Ridge Cathey; and her great grandchild Remington Rainey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shirley (Dale Ridge), Judy (Bill King) and Rhonda (Tim Rainey); her siblings, Lola Smith and Luther Hance; and her sisters-in-law, Pam Scruggs of Dardanelle and Margaret Scruggs of Russellville. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and 15 great-great-grandchildren.
