He was predeceased by: his parents, Louie L Godair and Jennie Godair; his wife Alpha Barker Godair; and his siblings, Gordon Godair, Homer Godair, Lois Lane, Joyce Colclasure and Carol Clements.

He is survived by: his daughters, Cynthia Weischman (Danny) of Stuttgart, Linda Henley (Dennis) of Carlisle and Terri Davis (Dee) of Carlisle.
