He was predeceased by: his parents, Tom Bowlan and Ruby Bowlan; his brothers, Jimmie and Tommie Lee Bowlan; and his son Keith Edward Yarberry.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Bowlan; his daughter Bridgett Young (Kevin); his grandsons, Tyler Young (Madison Smart) and Kameron Young of Carlisle; his great grandchild Austin Young of Monticello; and his siblings, Dannie Bowlan (Donna) of Carlisle, Louise Snider of Hazen and Bonnie Kay Boothe (Jim Hill) of Floyd. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
