He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Perkins and Mary Zimmerman Perkins of Carlisle; his wife Louise Riddle Perkins; and his siblings, Nellie James, Fred Perkins, Clara Donham, Martha Best, Vernon Perkins and Ruth Woodall.
He is survived by: his children, Bobby Perkins (Chris), David Perkins (Becky), Phillip Perkins, Gayla Lopez (Carlos) and Marty Perkins; and his grandchildren, Kim Moran (Brad), Clark Perkins, Stuart Perkins (Alyson), Shelley Jameson (Eric), Charla Terry, Aaron Perkins (Alison), Brandi Hendricks (Travis), Blane Perkins (Megan) and Blake Perkins (Heather). He is also survived by eighteen great grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Carlisle First Methodist Church or the charity of your choice in honor of Robert.
