He is survived by: his wife Mary Wells Sumner; his children, Kenneth Lee Sumner (Angela) of Lonoke and Martha Ann Sumner of Carlisle; his siblings, James Ralph Sumner (Jimmy) of Carlisle and SunDeen Freeby of Lonoke; and his grandchildren, Mary Katherine, Matthew Sumner of Lonoke, Dalton Evans of Dallas and Ashyton Evans of Carlisle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
