She was predeceased by: her parents, Henry Reynolds and Mary Reynolds; her children, Hazel Wise, Melvin C. Wise (Bodie) and Carl D. Wise (Doug); and her stepson Ricky Fowlkes.
She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Fowlkes of Carlisle; her children, Charles Wise of England, Steve Wise (Sherry) of Jacksonville, Calvin Wise of Carlisle and Ruby Williams of Carlisle; and her stepdaughter Melissa Earles (Billy) of Austin. She is also survived by 2 daughters in law; 21 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and friends and family.
Pallbearers will be friends of the family; Rex Jenkins and Will Reed; grandson in law George Parkinson; great grandsons Jonathon and Rian Lewis and son Steve Wise.
