She was predeceased by: her mother Roxanne Simpson; and her grandparents, B. J., Bob Simpson, Opal and Robert Thomas (Bob).
She is survived by: her father Roger Thomas of Carlisle; her daughter Mackenzie Raper of Hazen; her siblings, Brandy (SissyPoo), Ronda and Jeremy Thomas; her nieces and nephews, Shelby (Turd), Chase (ChaserButt), Elizabeth, Molly, Lacie, Dominic, Garrett and Christian; and her daughter Rachel Whitworth. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and life-long friends.
