She was predeceased by: her parents, Vance Montgomery and Lura Montgomery; her husband Carl Skaggs; her great grandchild Miller Silverman; her brother Bill Montgomery; and her nephew Billy Montgomery.
She is survived by: her children, Shelia Skaggs Woods (David) of Carlisle and Thomas Skaggs of Carlisle; her granddaughters, Jennifer Woods, Sara Woods Silverman and Emily Woods; her great grandchildren, Parker Silverman and Bennett Silverman; and her niece Cindy Watcher.
