It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ida Mae Edmonson in Carlisle, Arkansas, who passed away on January 12, 2025, at the age of 100, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Ida leaves behind and her impact on the lives of her loved ones. Though Ida may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the memories held dear by her family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Bizzell and Mamie Schiele; her husband J. C. Edmonson; and her siblings, Eddie Bizzell and Hazel Stuart.
She is survived by: her children, Mamie Edmonson, Vergia Edmonson (Talley), Terri Edmonson, Halbert Edmonson, Bobby, Billy Edmonson and J. C. Edmonson Jr.. She is also survived by grandchildren great grandchildren and great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Wilson Robison Chapel (701 Pine Bluff Hwy, England, AR 72046). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
