He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward O'Neal Sr. and Ludy Moran; his wife Mary; his children, Tracy Moran (Claudia) and Kristi Hyde; his grandchildren, Meghan Shannon (Paul), Emily Godsey (Blake), Katie Moran and Trace Hyde; his great grandchildren, Braylee, Brystol, Bryndli June, Brytinn and Brylah Shannon; and his brother John Moran (Judy). He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 3rd 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Westbrook Funeral Home (183 N Livermore St, Hazen, AR 72064). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Carlisle Methodist Church (315 E 3rd St, Carlisle, AR 72024). A burial was held on Wednesday, December 4th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery (1501 W Maryland Ave, North Little Rock, AR 72120).
