He is survived by: his wife Debbie Lorene Hauk (Mutters); his children, Mary Christine Hauk-Harris (Tom) of Little Rock, Arkansas and Frederick David Hauk (Kim) of Trumann, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Hailee Hauk, Raygan Hauk and Owen Hauk; his brother Jimmy Hauk (Tena) of Carlisle, Arkansas; his cousin Billy Flynn (Renee) of Little Rock, Arkansas; his caregiver Mary Mutters-Edelmann (Chris) of Benton, Arkansas; and his brother-in-law Gordon Mutters (Lisa) of Van Buren, Arkansas. He is also survived by one uncle, and a multitude of nieces, nephews and cousins.
