He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Haynes and Tannie Glover Haynes; his wife Mary Jo; his children, Terry Gayle and David Blake Haynes; and his siblings, J. R. Haynes and Gloria J. Moore.
He is survived by: his son Larry J. Haynes (Polly) of Andover, KS; his grandchildren, Joseph of Olathe, KS, Paul (Ali) of Lenexa, KS, Mark (Yvette) of Andover, KS and Amanda Bowers (John) of Azle, TX.; his great grandchildren, Will, Henry, Wyatt, Tannie, Kevin, Polly Haynes, Hudson and Emery Bowers; his siblings, Wanda (Dan) of Stuttgart and Dennis Archie (Kathy) of Hazen; and his nieces and nephews, John, Tracy and Patti Sample.
