He was predeceased by: his parent Lee Edward; and his siblings, Artie Whitehead and Valerie Whitehead. He is survived by: his mother Gwendolyn Violet Coffman Whitehead of Caraway; his wife Debbie Whitehead of Osceola; his children, Casey Dean Whitehead of Martinsburg, WV and Kimberly Nicole Stewart of Manila; his brother Eddie Whitehead (Lisa) of Caraway; his aunt Wanda Stogsdill of Caraway; and his grandchildren, Wesley Stewart and Maddelyn Stewart of Manila.
