He is survived by: his wife Shirley Abernathy Murphy; his son Jerry Wayne Murphy (Karen) of Drexel, Missouri.; his stepson Chuck Leonard; his daughter Christy Floyd (Jessie) of Caraway; and his siblings, Gary Murphy of Manila, Cathy Mindy of Blytheville and Marsha Mulford of Blytheville. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
