She is survived by: her husband Mike Sullivan of Caraway, AR; her children, Lindsey Sullivan of Caraway, AR and Michael Sullivan of Caraway, AR; her grandson Blaze Lewis of Caraway, AR; her parents, Judy Chism of Leland, MS and Tommy Chism of Winterville, MS; and her sisters, Janet Chism of Leland, MS and Lynn Bass of Guntersville, AL. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
