He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Howell and Edith Howell; and his siblings, Terry Howell, Edna Howell, Gail Howell and Peggy Dannis.
He is survived by: his wife Lillian Howell; his children, Jeremy Howell and Raven Campbell (Mike); his grandson Christopher "Roo" Campbell; and his siblings, Jimmy Howell, Sue Wiiest, Ann DeLa Garza (Jorge) and Jeanette Mick of Little Rock.
