He was predeceased by: his father Lane Tolliver; and his grandparents, Glenn, Bobbie Tolliver, George and Tommie Crow.
He is survived by: his mother Michele Montgomery (Ken); his aunt Sherrye Osban (Kevin); his cousin Tanner Osban; his uncle Bill Tolliver of Lepanto; and his cousins, Brad Tolliver, Ashlie Wilson, Chase Tolliver and Paige West.
