Jerry Lee Barrett Obituary

Jerry Lee Barrett, 78, of Caraway, Arkansas passed away at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital on January 16, 2023. He was born on September 11, 1944 in Caraway, Arkansas to Revell Barrett and Clara Collier Barrett. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching old westerns, and spending time with his grandchildren.

Survivors include; two sons: Landon Barrett (Vicki) of Monette, Arkansas and Blandon Barrett (Carlene) of Ravenden, Arkansas; three grandchildren: Caden Barrett (Elizabeth) of Lake City, Arkansas, Jordan Wicker of Paragould, Arkansas, and Landra Barrett-Jeffers (Brad) of Monette, Arkansas; three great grandchildren: Hoyt Jeffers, Ella Jeffers, Xavier Barrett; one brother: Michael Barrett (Laura) of Poplar Bluff, Missouri; and a host of other family and friends.

He is preceded in death by; his parents: loving wife of 57 years: Jenette (Sandefur) Barrett; Revell Barrett and Clara Collier Barrett; one brother: Claude Barrett; and three sisters: Kathy Primm, Alberta Barrett, and Carolyn Rose Barrett.

Pallbearers: Roger Adcock, Shorty Griggs, Brad Jeffers, Caden Barrett, Gaylon Barrett, and Jeremy Irvin.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday, January 19, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. at Caraway First Baptist Church in Caraway, Arkansas with Pastor Rick Stevens officiating. The family will receive visitors at the church from 11:00 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow at Caraway Cemetery in Caraway, Arkansas under the direction of Faith Funeral Service.
