She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Grambling and Vaudine Anderson Stevens Grambling; her husband Jim Puckett; her son Wayne Puckett; her granddaughter Kelly Puckett; and her siblings, William Stevens, David Stevens, Jessie Stevens and Louise Christensen.
She is survived by: her daughter Debbie; her children-in-law, Tony Stubblefield of Jonesboro and Cheryl Puckett Rogers of Keiser; her great grandchildren, Peyton, Kendall Stubblefield of Caraway, Paxton, Greyson Dixon of Jonesboro and Jesse Burks of Keiser; and also, Steven, Jessica Stubblefield of Caraway, Angie and Perry Dixon of Jonesboro.
