He was predeceased by: his mother Alice May Nelson (Bernhardy). He is survived by: his father William Lloyd; his children, Angelina ReaAnn Nelson and Robert Anthony Nelson, II of Marshall, Michigan; and his siblings, Raymond Underwood (Angela) of Lathrop, Dwayne Underwood (Mable) of Kansas City, Missouri and Angela Raines (Curtis) of Camp. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
