He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Earl Smith and Margarete Fern Smith (Isenhower); and his siblings, Nadine Cindrich and Galen Ira Dee Smith. He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Trish" Smith; and his sons, Christopher Timothy Smith of Thayer, Doug Smith (Debbie) of Viola and Allen Smith (Jennifer) of Viola, Arkansas. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great grandchildren many other relatives and friends.
Memorials may be made to the Salem First Baptist Church in Salem, Arkansas.
