He is survived by: his wife Dorthy Permenter of Camp, Arkansas; his children, Anna McLaughlin of Ozark, Loretta Permenter of Ward, Brenda Dockins of Camp, Arkansas and Ron Smith of Michigan; his sister Patsy Burgess of Greenbrier, Arkansas; and his grandchildren, Tiffany, Tonya, Thomas, Jonathan, Joshua, Dawnessa, Hailey and Jayden. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and other family members.
