He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry B. Creech and Pollie Creech (Mefford); and his siblings, Odell, Ben, Rodney, Robert, Albert, Viba, Mary, Lavina and Martha.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Nadine Johnson of Camp, Arkansas; and his sons, Steven Creech (Beth) of Colorado Springs, Carl Creech (Bethany) of Mountain Home, Larry Creech of West Plains and Eddy Dean Creech (Melissa) of Indianapolis, Indiana. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; three great grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.
