He was predeceased by: his parents, Curtis Randall Butler and Laura Butler (Holloway); his daughter Kathy Dianne Butler; and his adoptive sons, Daniel Sheets and Tyrone Fitzgerald.
He is survived by: his wife Catherine Butler; his children, Bill Pitchford (Cindy) of Nixa, Missouri, Rebecca Koelling (Lyle) of Salem and Amy Rucker (Bryan) of Camp, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Tyler Pitchford (Andrea), Tesa Ramskow (Matt), Clay Rucker (Kari), Hunter Boles (Lindsey), Taylor Guffey (John), Coby Noakes (Michelle), Kali Koelling and Grant Rucker; his great grandchildren, Dalton, Elena, Rileigh, Lawson, Holly Claire, Andilynn, Zayden, Elijah, Noah and Jonah; and his siblings, Jerry Butler (Sandy) of Gamaliel, Arkansas and Helen Walling (Jackie) of Camp, Arkansas. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
