He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Cartwright and Betty Cartwright; and his grandchild Kade Cartwright. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Avant Cartwright; his siblings, Dennis Cartwright (Rita) and Debbie Billings (Rick); and his children, Marica Forrest (Jeff), Tammy Webb (Frank), Sherry Justus (Chris), Paul Cartwright, Todd Cartwright (Brandy) and Deanna Douglass. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. A graveside service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Holly Springs Cemetery.
