He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Lee and Ruby Marie Lewis Curtis; his wife Robin Curtis; and his brother Ronnie Curtis. He is survived by: his children, Jeffrey Curtis (Hollie) of Canton, TX, Chris Curtis (Kayla) of Smackover, AR and Tara Dorflinger (Marc) of Camden, AR; his grandchildren, Hailee Curtis, Austin Curtis, Chelsey Curtis, Sophie Curtis, Jordan Curtis, Addison Curtis and Kaylee Dorflinger; his great grandchildren, Preston Curtis and Wesley McLeod; and his siblings, Steve Curtis (Robin) of Texarkana, TX and Carol Simmons of Pheonix, AZ.
