He was predeceased by: his father James Ray. He is survived by: his wife Laura; his daughter Catherine; his son-in-law John; his granddaughter Aspen; his son Stephen; his daughter-in-law Lauren; his grandchildren, Nora Grace and Micah; his mother Ann; his brother Mike; his sister-in-law Lori; his niece Haley; his sister Kim; and his nephew Sam.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Oasis Church.
