He was predeceased by: his parents, John C. Tutt and Esther Tutt of Camden; his children, Tammi Leigh Ray and Jon David Tutt; his stepdaughter Gerri Strickland Stinley; his sister Johnette Tutt Marks; and his niece Melissa Marks.
He is survived by: his wife Gail Strickland; his daughter Gigi Bird (David) of Hot Springs; his stepson Greg Stickland (Holly) of Camden; his brother Wayne Tutt (Sherry) of Hot Springs; his grandchildren, Jake Bird (Sarah) of Hot Springs, Brad Bird (Leea) of Hot Springs, Morgan Betts (Chad) of Camden and Haley Strickland of El Dorado; his great grandchildren, Ben Bird, Andi Leigh Bird, Evie Bird, Levi Bird, Emma Betts and Hayes Betts; his nephews, Tom Tutt and Clem Tutt; and his great-niece Brittnye Marks.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church in memory of Bob Tutt.
