He was predeceased by: his parents, Rob Tolley and Mildred Tolley; and his significant other Betty Jean Tolley. He is survived by: his daughter Jeannie; his son-in-law Shaw Andrews of Camden; his grandsons, Wade and Zachary Andrews of Camden; his siblings, Nellie Jean Robertson (Jimmy) of Grand Rivers, KY, Harold Tolley of Lola, KY, Carroll Tolley (Carol) of Lola, KY and Kenny Tolley (Pat) of Lola, KY; and his brother-in-law Doug Ruby of Irwin Idaho. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Maul Road Church of Christ Food Pantry.
