He is survived by: his wife Emma Wallingsford; his children, Timothy Wallingsford and Kimberly Carter (Clay); his granddaughters, Stephanie Matkin (Juston) and Sydney Wallingsford (Brandon Riley); and his great grandchild Kimber Matkin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
