She is survived by: her son Patrick McIntosh; her brother Larry Calaway; her cousin Terri Taylor; her sons, Josh and Justin; her nephews, Steve Byars, David Byars and Jon Marchese; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Jaylee, Trace and Taylor; her nieces, Jane and Shelly Cummings; her great-nieces, Lilly Cummings and Hannah Garcia; her sister-in-law Kathy Calaway; her children, Weston, Jaxon, Brock and Tina Carlson; and her children-in-law, Terri Riggs, Linda and Kenny Leseberg.
