She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Decker and Pauline Decker; her husband Robert Ruby; and her siblings, James Nathan Decker, Gilbert Decker, Jr. and Barbara Pierce.
She is survived by: her children, Rebecca Flagg (Steven), Robert Michael Ruby, Walter Kevin Ruby (Kim), Timothy Scott Ruby (Vickie) and Patrick C. Ruby. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
