He was predeceased by: his father Laddie Smith. He is survived by: his mother Betty Wicker Smith; his children, Chelsey Smith, Josh Smith (Ashley) and Blaine Martin; his grandchildren, Rayna Smith, Devyn Smith, Aiden Smith and Adalyn Smith; and his siblings, Brian Smith and Belinda Smith.
