He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Dessie, Joe Garcia, Denver and Margie Smith; and his father-in-law Skinny Crouse.
He is survived by: his parents, Larry Smith (Nita) and Janie Garcia Smith; his wife Kim Smith; his sisters, Lela Conrad (Matthew) and Candace Smith (Jeremy); his niece Tabatha Patrick; his nephew Benjamin Geist; his mother-in-law Janie Crouse; his sister Taylor Haggins; and his stepbrothers, Zane Butler and John Butler.
