He is survived by: his wife Theresa (Green); his siblings, Alice Shuff, Phyllis Hollis, Lucky Purifoy and Donald Purifoy; his daughters, Christel Kelly (Kenneth), Amy Launius (Scott), Robin Purifoy and Karissa Purifoy; his grandchildren, Caleb Lee (Selena), Star Launius, Julie Launius, Katie Lee, William Purifoy, Kristina Turner (Rylan), Laila Purifoy and James Purifoy; and his great grandchildren, Randee Lee, Evie Lee, Luna Lee, Grayson Turner and Roselyn Turner.
