He is survived by: his wife Loretta; his children, Shane Billingsley and Cindy Cook (James) of Camden; his grandchildren, Caleb Billingsley (Tesla) of Beebe, Jonathan Billingsley of Camden, Landon Billingsley of Jacksonsville, FL and Ava Billingsley of Jacksonville, FL; his sister Jonell McKelvin of Camden; and his siblings-in-law, Ronald Parr (Brenda), Henrietta McMahan (Carl "Chick") of Locust Bayou, Sharon Kay Skidmore of Humble, TX and Donna Billingsley of Camden. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews; cousins and numerous friends.
