He was predeceased by: his parents, Garvin L. Oden (Jack) and Retha Oden; his sisters, Millie Connor (James) and Jackie Mills (Herman); his son-in-law Kenneth Gilbert; and his grandchildren, Jackson, Kenlee and Georgia.
He is survived by: his wife Glenda Minor Oden; his children, Greg Oden (Lisa) of El Dorado, Angie Gilbert of Little Rock and Lance Oden (Khristy) of Greenbrier; his sisters, Sue Smith of Crossett and Ann Holderfield (Bud) of Woodlawn; and his grandchildren, Garrett, Luke, Jake, Ella, Sophie and Millie Oden. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, January 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Proctor Funeral Home (442 Jefferson St SW, Camden, AR 71701). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Cullendale First Baptist Church (1850 Cash Rd SW, Camden, AR 71701). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, January 23rd 2025 at the Memorial Park Cemetery (827 Waco St SW, Camden, AR 71701).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to either Arbor Hospice or the Rock Steady Boxing program at HealthWorks in El Dorado.
