He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Henry Broadnax Sr. and Elizabeth Broadnax; his brother John Henry Broadnax of Saginaw Michigan; his wife Mary Magdalene Griffith; his children, Wesley Broadnax and Helen Jean Broadnax of Los Angeles; his sister Emily Broadnax of Camden, Arkansas; his grandchildren, Javannah Hinton (Robert) of Fayetteville Arkansas, Ray Lavale Broadnax of Michigan and Quincy Donavan Broadnax of Washington; his great grandchildren, Iyvan of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Iyannah of Fayetteville, Arkansas and Isabella Hinton of Fayetteville, Arkansas; his niece Clara Jean Broadnax-Pittman of Saginaw; and his nephew Billingly (Bettie) of El Dorado. He was also cherished by other relatives and friends.
