He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie C. Stinnett and Maudie Pickett Stinnett; his wife Elgie Mae Creech Stinnett; his son Charles Stinnett, Jr.; his grandsons, Jeremy Stinnett and Robby Stinnett; and his sisters, Lucille Toland and Willene Hood.

He is survived by: his sons, Jerry Stinnett (Nell) of Magnolia, AR and Ricky Stinnett (Beth) of Chidester, AR; his grandchildren, Joanna Stinnett, Leah Stinnett, Rusty Stinnett (Michelle) and Tommy Stinnett (Lindsey); and his stepgrandchildren, Rhonda Johnson, Tony Fitzgerald (Liz), Chris Blackstock (Liz) and Amanda Kay (David). He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
