He was predeceased by: his mother Martha Adams; and his brother Dennis (Donna). He is survived by: his father Jack Adams; his sons, Jackson (Charlie) and Jess (Kristina); his grandchildren, Kairi, Wilson and Adeline; and his brother Butch. He is also survived by several aunts and uncles, and cousins.
