He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert, Sr. Clack and Etta Parr Clack; his wife Dixie Knight Clack; his daughter Gale Parker; and his siblings, Judy Crowder, Earl Clack, Carl Clack and Walter Clack.
He is survived by: his children, Wade Clack (Olivia) and Janice Richardson (David); and his son-in-law Richard Parker. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
