He was predeceased by: his parents, Verda Riggs and Charles Riggs; and his siblings, Belinda of Frenchport and Eddy of Montana. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Cade Riggs, Alexia, Jim, Charlie of Leander, TX, Melissa, David Bradley, Jace of Canton, GA, Laura Riggs, Winter Bowers of Honolulu, HI and J. Riggs of Austin, TX.; and his brother Ron Kelley of Camden. He is also survived by his nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins and many cherished friends.
The family has requested that memorials be made to the Frenchport Volunteer Fire Department, 167 Ouachita 65, Camden, AR 71701.
