She was predeceased by: her mother Elma Pickard; her former husband Johnny Ray Waxley; her father Matt Martin; her sister Connie Martin; and her great grandchild Nate Waxley.
She is survived by: her brother Michael Martin (Tatiana) of Bella Vista, AR; her children, Jason Waxley (Kristy) of Smackover, AR, Jessica Beatty of Lake Village, AR and Nathan Dakota Rial of Appleton, WI; her grandchildren, Tyler Waxley (Taylor), Cole Waxley (Tess), Landon Waxley, Kaylyn Crosby of Jason Richard, Beatty and Kopelin Ojeda; and her great grandchildren, Josie Kate and Maxwell Kai Waxley.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the Westside Baptist Church (2400 W Hillsboro St, El Dorado, AR 71730).
