He was predeceased by: his father Robert O'Hara; his brother Robert O'Hara; and his stepfather Joe Elmore. He is survived by: his wife Mary Fairchild O'Hara; his daughters, Angel Harris (Josh) of Camden, AR and Candy Harcrow (Scotty) of Camden, AR; his grandchildren, Cade Renfro of Oklahoma City, OK, Macy Renfro of Camden, AR and Reagan Harris of Camden, AR; his mother Thelma Elmore of Loganville, GA; his brother-in-law Gary "Butch" Fairchild (Linda) of Kirby, AR; and his siblings, Charles "Chuck" O'Hara of Loganville, GA, John O'Hara of Camden, AR, James O'Hara of Ohio, Gladys Whipple of Ohio, Teresa Taylor of Ohio and Ann Kemper of Ohio. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
