He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Francis Fitzpatrick and Ida Frances Obach Fitzpatrick; his wife Fern Fitzpatrick; and his daughters, Rose Marie Williams and Judy Ann Summerville.
He is survived by: his children, Mike Fitzpatrick (Debbie) and Onnie Downard of Calico Rock; and his grandchildren, Chris Curtis, Heather McCurley (Lyndle), David Brewer (Kristie), Tasha Kearbey (Tony), Brent Brewer (Misty), Holly Cartes (Tommy), Melissa Summerville, Angela Summerville, Mason Campbell and Kirsten Johnston (Lance). He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren; 6 great great grandchildren and a host other relative and many good friends.
