She was predeceased by: her mother Gloria Ida Swain; and her sister Paula Ann Smith. She is survived by: her husband Joe McCormack; her children, Sarah White (Zac) of Heber Springs, Brandi Tucker (Aaron) of Lanesville, Indiana and Joseph McCormack of Heber Springs; her siblings, John Clark of Louisiana, Gayla Guillory (Don) of Louisiana, Kathie Dunlap (Roger) of Louisiana, Janice (Larry) of Louisiana and Terri Anderson of Tennessee; her grandchildren, Marley White, Luke Tucker and Heidi Tucker; her sister Lois June Persefield of Louisiana; and her siblings-in-law, Dr. John McCormack (Sylvia) of Missouri and Kathy Schmelder (Bill) of Nebraska. She is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
