She was predeceased by: her parents, Leffel Robert "Peck" Cox and Zella Branscum Cox; her spouse Jerry Moody; and her daughter Pattie Sue Hurst. She is survived by: her sons, James Anthony Hurst of Culp and Samuel; her daughter-in-law Mary Hurst of Calico Rock; her siblings, Bob Cox of Culp, LaQuita Richardson of Culp and Marvel Linck (Doyle) of Flippin; and her granddaughter Ember Rae Hurst of Calico Rock. She is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
