She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Owens and Ruby Colleen Jennings Owens; her husband Keith Dywain Bell; and her siblings, Brenda Haney, Roselle Stanley, Joseph Owens and Jerry Owens.
She is survived by: her children, R. Dywain Bell of Fairfield and Jeana LeAnn Bell of Calico Rock; her siblings, Jimmy Owens (Thelma) of Calico Rock, Johnny Owens (Lynne) of Calico Rock and Loretta Ducker (Dennis); her grandchildren, Rhett Bell of Fairfield and Kaylin Tyler (Ridge) of Corsicana; and her sisters-in-law, Gloria Owens of Dolph, Patsy Combs of Wichita and Carolyn Dillard of West Plains, Missouri. She is also survived by other relatives and many good friends.
